Two decisions, both worth getting right before a bulk order — one affects seal strength, the other affects how often you're re-ordering.
Works well for smaller boxes or securing bundles where a full 2" seal is more than you need.
Fits most carton sizes. If you're not sure what you need, this is the width to default to.
A wider seal for bigger cartons or heavier contents that need extra hold across the flap.
Roll length is mostly about how often you want to be changing rolls — it doesn't affect the seal itself. 65m is our standard length and the right default for most orders. 50m suits lower-volume or occasional packing. 100m reduces roll changes on higher-volume runs, and custom lengths are available for automated lines with specific spindle requirements.
